About Lane Construction Services
Lane Construction Services is a family-owned and operated general contracting company serving Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. Daniel and Shanna Lane started Lane Construction Services in 2023, but Daniel's experience in construction began long before then. For more than 25 years, he has worked hands-on in many different areas of construction, learning the trade through years of experience and hard work.

Starting our own company was about more than just going into business for ourselves. We wanted to build something we could be proud of—a company where people are treated right, communication matters, and quality isn't something we compromise on.

We're both personally involved in the business and in our projects. When you hire Lane Construction Services, you're not just hiring a company—you’re working directly with us. We want our customers to feel comfortable asking questions, know what's happening with their project, and trust that we care about their home and the work we're doing.
We specialize in whole-home rehabs and renovations, while also taking on additions, kitchens, bathrooms, exterior projects, and smaller home improvement projects.
Our Mission
Our goal is simple: do quality work, treat people right, and give our customers a contractor they feel comfortable calling again and recommending to their friends and family.
Our Vision
We want to grow Lane Construction Services without losing what matters most to us—the personal service, quality work, and relationships with our customers that we built the company around.
