From the very beginning all the way to completion Daniel, Shanna and crew were great! Came out to talk through the projects we had in mind for our new home (moving/ building a laundry room in unfinished part of basement, adding a roof and screening in the deck and enclosing the bottom of the deck) and executed so well! Appreciated Shanna's communication over the 2+ weeks of work.
Felt like even though we made some changes and asked for additional work (electrical work, two fans installed, utility sink install, etc.) they were happy to work with us and get everything done that we asked for. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!!

Working with Lane Construction Services has been an extraordinary experience. From the very first project we collaborated on, they have stood out as people who bring not just skill but genuine care to everything they do. Their integrity is unwavering, and their attention to detail ensures that no task is ever overlooked.
Daniel's ability to consistently exceed expectations, while maintaining such a personable and approachable demeanor, is truly rare. He is a professional in every sense of the word, but also someone who deeply values the people he works with and for.

I highly recommend Daniel Lane with Lane Construction Services, LLC. I was originally referred to Daniel by another realtor when I purchased an investment property in December 2023, and he has since become my go-to contractor for both my personal and professional projects.
Daniel has a great eye for detail and does an excellent job identifying issues that may not be obvious at first glance. His insight has been incredibly valuable when evaluating investment properties and understanding the true scope of repairs needed. Beyond the quality of his work, Daniel is reliable, trustworthy, and takes the time to explain different repair options so you can make informed decisions. He genuinely cares about doing the job right and delivering work that lasts.
I trust him with my own home and confidently recommend him to my clients. If you're looking for a contractor who is professional, knowledgeable, and dependable, Lane Construction is a great choice.

From start to finish, Daniel, Shanna, and their team David and Manny were professional and delightful.
They took the time to do an amazing job at adding a fifth bedroom. Even though the job was smaller than other projects, they made us feel as we were one important customer. Personable, funny, engaging to say the least.
I highly recommend them to deliver a spectacular experience on small jobs as well as big projects. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Highly recommend Daniel, Shanna, and their crew for any home improvement needs! They're so knowledgeable, dependable, and the work is high-quality.
They helped us address our moisture issue in the bathroom, correct the wall damage that had been done, and then helped us elevate our drab, grey builder-grade bathroom with a new vanity, sink + faucet, lighting, bead board, mirror, and paint.
We'll definitely be working with them again in the future!

I can highly recommend Lane Construction Services. Daniel and his crew had to jack up our laundry room and replace floor joists and level the floor. They replaced the sub floor and installed a new LVP flooring throughout the laundry room and kitchen, and new trim throughout both rooms.
New plumbing box in the wall for the washer and new plumbing vent. From the first call to Shanna, until the end of the job, Daniel and crew were top notch!!
Highly recommend and we will be using them again!!!
